Instead of ignoring it, the problem was addressed immediately and professionally, costing approximately $1,900 to repair. Since then, the restaurant has maintained strict cleanliness standards and continues to keep the space well-maintained.

The owner says the issue goes deeper than misinformation, pointing to a lack of support from certain members of the immediate community. “We never did anything to anyone,” the owner explains. “We focus on our food, our customers, and doing things the right way, yet the negativity keeps coming.”

Rather than give up, Jaspice is moving forward. The restaurant has begun redesigning and refreshing the interior, aiming to create a more inviting atmosphere and attract new customers. The goal is simple: improve, grow, and let the food and the facts speak for themselves.
